Alessandro Marchesini has been appointed Chief Digital Strategy Officer at Planet Smart City. Planet Smart City, a global pioneer in smart affordable housing announced the commencement of a 60 million Euro capital round. Planet sales of ~USD 105 million in 2021, more than doubled the sales in 2022 of USD 52 million dollars. The capital increase is intended to accelerate the implementation of Planet’s ambitious business strategy, which involves the launch of about 54 smart projects i.e. 40,000+ housing units. over the next three years. A multidisciplinary approach is used in the creation of new large-scale residential real estate developments, including technical innovation, digitalization of services, and solutions that enhance sense of community.
