Refund Policy

1. If a user is availing the Payment Services, it will be assumed that the user is in acceptance of our terms and conditions.
2. In case the website or Payment service is experiencing any server related “slowdown” or “session timeout” or “failure”, the user shall check whether his bank account has been debited before initiating a second transaction.
3. In case the bank account of the user appears to be debited, the user shall ensure that he does not make the payment twice and thereafter can contact the Payee through any such mode of contact as provided by the Payee.
4. In case the bank account of the user is not debited, the user can initiate a new transaction.
5. The user agrees that under no circumstances Planet or its subsidiaries, associates, directors, Payment Gateway shall be held responsible for any duplicate/ fraudulent transactions and hence no claims should be raised to Planet.
6. In event there is any claim for/of charge back by the user for any reason whatsoever, such user shall immediately approach the Payee or its associates with his claim details. Such refund (if any) shall be affected by the Payee via any means it deems fit.
